Hi I'm Jamie, thank you for checking out my page! My passion within the mental health field is focused around empowering people to be their authentic selves. I do that through strength-based approaches, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a client-centered atmosphere. My goal is to provide inclusive mental health therapy and support for teenagers and young adults struggling to find balance in their lives. I strive to create a space to unwind, unload, and refuel. Starting therapy can be scary, but finding the right therapist to be real and open with from the beginning can make all the difference.
