I am a licensed mental health counselor with 9 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including adjustment to life circumstances, anxiety, depression, career & educational guidance, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My therapy style is welcoming and interactive. My approach to therapy is largely client-centered though I may also implore motivational interviewing and solution-based therapy approaches depending on your needs.
