Hi, my name is Jamie, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Kansas. I have over four years of experience working with kids, adolescents, teenagers and adults with a range of mental health diagnoses. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, life event changes, PTSD, depression, self-esteem issues and anxiety.

I take a client centered approach when working with clients. I believe you are the expert of yourself and your life. I am here to help you navigate through your current struggles in order to be the best you, you can be. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance and is the key in creating positive change.
