Hello, my name is Jamie. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of MN. I have been licensed for five years. I have been in the psychology field for eight years. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people. I view each client as a gift. You never know what you are going to get.
We all need a little bit of help sometimes. It takes courage to take that first step. Let me help you taking this first step on your journey. I am a strong proponent of lifelong learning, and I would love to be a partner on your path, if even for a short time.
I practice client centered therapy. These are your sessions. I also rely on cognitive behavioral therapy regularly.
I have experience working with clients that have difficulty with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, family concerns, Autism spectrum disorders and adjustment concerns.
