I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have my Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification (CADC). I also completed the 60 Hour Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Training through the state of Illinois and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. As observed by my licenses, I have extensive knowledge and experience working with individuals and families struggling from substance use disorders. However, my support is not limited to addictions. I have worked in the field for over 10 years, offering support in several capacities including crisis management, grief support, life transitions, mild to severe mental health, dual diagnosis, domestic violence and trauma related issues. My goal is to offer the best support for you and your circumstances.

I pride myself on being a strong advocate for my clients in not only seeking relief during their times of need but exceeding their personal and therapeutic goals. I do this with supportive techniques including Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I can offer this support surrounding your schedule, at a pace that is comfortable yet effective in meeting your goals.
