"Hey! I'm Jamie. From incarcerated populations, to foster children and their families, to military service members and their children, to the general population of my local community and surrounding areas, I have had the honor of serving many who are seeking to better themselves, their relationships, and their families, etc. If you are looking for coping mechanisms or need help processing the stressors of life I would love to join you on your journey. You are not a burden. You do not have to go through your struggle alone. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I want to help you see it. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, family stressors, foster and adoptive family issues, parenting, relationships, early childhood development, and more. I am a rostered provider for Child Parent Psychotherapy and enjoy working with bio-parents, adoptive parents, foster parents and other caregiving supports to build or repair attachment and other issues with their children.
