I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have been a mental health and substance abuse counselor since 2014. I have experience working with men and women to manage mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, impulsiveness, anger management, and substance abuse.

My counseling interventions are person centered which provide empathy, understanding, and compassion; and also cognitive-behavioral based meaning we will work on challenging and changing thoughts in order to change behaviors which provide different results. I believe that collaboration is the key to reaching your goals. We will work together to create a treatment plan that will help you reach your goals and that you feel good about working on to reach your goals.
