Hello! I felt drawn to psychotherapy and counseling from a young age and knew that helping others live a more fulfilled, meaningful, purposeful and balanced life was my vocation. I have been in this field for over twenty years and worked in county behavioral health, the schools (US and UK) and private practice. As a clinical supervisor of therapist interns I believe in practicing what I preach and continue to work on my own path of self-growth and individuation. I am interested in stress management, wellness, Ecotherapy and Depth Psychology. As I see the effects of life's stressors on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, my work revolves around helping clients integrate holistic practices for stress management.
