Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! My name is Jamie, and I am an LCPC in Illinois. I provide teletherapy services to clients ages 18 and older. I have been a counselor for 11 years. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in schools and colleges, alternative schools, counseling clinics and agencies, and via telehealth. I specialize in helping my clients cope with various issues. I will utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches and techniques to create an individualized approach to help you process experiences, identify strengths, and learn skills to help you lead a happier and healthier life. My style has been described as down-to-earth, non-judgmental, comforting, and practical. I pride myself on creating a friendly and comfortable therapeutic environment for my clients, and you can count on me to always be supportive, encouraging, and realistic.
