About
I help trauma survivors create and streamline the vision they have for their lives by bridging the communication gap between who they are now, parts of themselves that may not be heard, and how past trauma is currently affecting their everyday lives. I do this through a trauma informed lens while using parts work and somatic practices to help clients integrate their emotions, minds, and bodies so they can find inner peace and finally feel at home. Being proud of my own neurodivergence, queerness, and survivorhood helps me to identify in solidarity with my clients through lived experience while simultaneously bringing evidence-based practices into the therapeutic space we will create together.
