I have a master's degree from the University of Missouri and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Maine and Missouri. In addition to my formal education, I have completed advanced training in cognitive behavioral and rational emotive therapy. I have experience working with clients who are having problems with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship problems. My approach to therapy involves teaching clients to cope with their problems in a better way while searching for solutions.
