Hello! I am a therapist with many years of experience providing counseling to adults; adolescents; and couples. My areas of specialty include trauma; anxiety; depression; and relationship troubles. Clinical methods that I work in include Psychodynamic Psychotherapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; and parts work.
