What can I do to help? Working on emotions and thoughts can be difficult and cause struggles with your day to day. You have taken the first step by looking for someone to talk to which takes a lot of courage. Originally from Arizona, now living in the much cooler Colorado climate, I am always wanting to help others grow and improve their situation.
