I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist that has been working in the community for five years. I have worked with a variety of different populations and I absolutely love what I do. My primary objective in therapy is to build a strong connection with my clients and to provide a safe space for them to work on themselves. I am experienced in CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have worked with men and women of all ages, executives, housewives and young adults. I believe that therapy should be an exploration process and ultimately something that brings a sense of peace. It takes a lot of courage to begin this process but the rewards are endless.
