I would be honored to help you through your own individual struggles if you are willing to do the work that it requires. Reaching out for help is the first step to healing, and I can help you with the steps to follow.

My therapeutic approach is dependent on your own individual needs, which we will identify in the sessions to come. I enjoy taking a holistic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (skills) and Existentialism (meaning/purpose). I received my B.A. from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University in 2014. Furthermore, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon (#C5597).
