I am a therapist with over 4 years of experience in private practice. I work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, morbid thinking, relationship issues, identity issues, pornography/sex addiction, compulsive behaviors, parenting problems, and career issues.

My counseling style is relational and motivational. I believe that everyone is capable of peace and healing. I believe that no one should be without hope of a better tomorrow. My approach to therapy is client-centered, combining a cognitive-behavioral therapy style with restorative therapy and mindfulness. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you achieve the goals and results you are seeking from therapy.
