I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Massachusetts. Diverse experience has shaped my practice to include aspects of CBT, motivational interviewing, client centered, and solutions focused approaches to therapy. With nearly a decade of human services experience, I offer a personally tailored approach to the aiding of achieving your goals. Concerns that I have helped with include, anxiety, depression, phobias, family issues, and workplace issues as well as others. I primarily work with adults and children ages eight to eighteen but have worked with parents with younger children on parenting and child behavior issues on many occasions.

The style I have grown into is interactive, goal oriented and above all calmly and politely focused on your experience in counseling. During our sessions, you can expect that we come up with goals, develop therapeutic ideas, review progress towards goals, and assess the need for changes in goals.
