I am licensed mental health therapist in Buffalo, NY for 5+ years with experience working in variety of settings. I have experience working with individuals dealing with addictions, mood and personality disorders, trauma, and many others concerns.
I like to take a team approach to counseling. I believe that in working together the individual will be able to achieve their identified counseling goals. I believe respect, compassion, and honesty is the foundation to a healthy therapeutic relationship. My therapy approach uses a combination of client centered, DBT, CBT, and EMDR to meet the individual’s specific needs.
It requires vulnerability to seek help to become a better you and to implement change. I am here to support and see you through that journey.
