I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. I have been Licensed since 2010. My approach to therapy is always client/person centered however I include techniques and theoretical approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have worked many years with children, teens and adults in home, office and community settings.
My area of specialty is in working with clients with depression and anxiety as well as co-occurring substance abuse.

I feel I can relate to people coming from divorce, domestic violence, parenting and postpartum issues as these are all things I have personally experienced and have been trained professionally to provide counsel.
