I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. My main goal is to provide skills and tools that will empower you on your journey for change. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation skills in a solution focused approach.
I believe in instilling hope in my clients to assist them in their attempts for personal growth. Providing a comfortable environment that is free from judgment is important to me. I use empathy, acceptance, and active listening to convey support and understanding.
