I’m glad you’re taking the time to step back and notice you are struggling and recognize you don’t have to do it alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place where I can listen to you and provide you with guidance on your journey to a healthier, happier you. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background of more than 20 years of experience in the field of therapy and mental health. I am practiced in using many different treatment modalities to help you get back on track. I provide services for clients ages 16yrs old and up. Making a change takes an act of courage and you have done that already by looking up therapists. Congratulations on deciding that you want something different.
