My name is Jaime and I have been a therapist for over ten years. I mainly work with adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. I have treated those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, thought disorders as well as various personality disorders. I use DBT as my main approach to therapy as well as other client based practices. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is good rapport with a solid foundation of trust and respect. I take a liberal approach and firmly believe that it is my job to offer different perspectives to my clients.
