Hello! I'm so glad you made your way to my page. Life can throw you a lot of curveballs, that can be difficult to manage on your own. Thankfully, there is an abundance of support and guidance to help you on your journey. You have taken a huge first step to working towards your personal goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. I have a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a bachelor's in psychology. I have an informal approach to counseling that is focused on the needs of my clients, at a pace they are comfortable with. I use various skills and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy with a client centered perspective. When clients become comfortable, I also utilize caring confrontation to gradually move clients towards their goals, and create a deeper relationship with them. My goal is not to "fix" my clients. You all don't need to be "fixed"! You have all the tools necessary to move towards your goals. My hope is that I can teach, support, explore, and guide you in ways that help you MANAGE the difficult symptoms and experiences you are currently facing.

I have a passion for cooking, reading, knitting, and being outside. Although I am good with my hands, my partner will tell you I am terrible at video games. I will say I do enjoy learning though!
