My name is Jade Mitchell, and my mission is in helping individuals and couples to make the changes that they desire to live the life that they deserve. Through evidence-based practices, strong support, and a bit of joy and laughter, most of my clients have reached a higher level of self-understanding, confidence, and direction toward the change that they hope to make in life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with eight years of experience as an independent therapist. While I work with a wide range of clients, my specialties include working with couples, individuals dealing with significant changes in their lives, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, and anger management. When I'm not serving clients, I covet my time spent with my husband and kiddos on the hiking trails or parks.
