I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behavior. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, physical and emotional trauma, mood regulation, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, adjustment, family issues, and more. It is my goal to provide you with a safe space which empowers you, as well as provides empathy and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect. My approach is warm and direct, and combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-based therapy.
