Welcome, as a therapist it's my goal to help you build insight, facilitate emotional healing, and release limiting behavior patterns to embody a more authentic way of being. My philosophy includes seeing you as a whole person, not as a mental health diagnosis, and walk along side you as you navigate uncharted waters. I invite you to work with me on your challenges. You may be feeling stuck, anxious, frustrated, defeated and helpless. As we work together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
