Hello! I am so glad you made your way here. My name is Jade (she/her) and I am a therapist that desires to co-create spaces where you can seek and explore your wellness, safety, and identity. I believe the therapeutic process is intended to be collaborative, equitable, and is inherently relational. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders with a focus on perfectionism, trauma and abuse, and sexual wellness and exploration. I am committed to providing free letters for gender affirming access to medical care. Some things that I love include: my partner, cats, being outside climbing; and coffee.
