Hi, I'm Jade. I am a therapist who provides individual counseling to adults (ages 18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and related concerns. I received my master’s degree from University of Baltimore in Counseling Psychology in 2019. I am currently working towards a certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
