I have worked as an online counselor since 2015 and I am passionate about assisting and encouraging my clients to make the changes that they desire to see in their lives. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, relationship & communication issues and working with my clients to challenge their unhealthy or irrational thought patterns that cause the underlying issues that they would like to change, and also assist them in building skills to best manage those symptoms so that they can move forward in their lives! I enjoy getting to know my clients and supporting them through the tough times they experience, as well as celebrating the good times with them!
