I have spent the last 16 years training in clinical psychology, somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, attachment trauma, Hakomi mindfulness, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, energy (pranic) healing, alternative medicine and holistic nutrition.? I am not a traditional talk therapist. I believe sharing our story is an essential part of the healing journey. We long to be seen, heard and witnessed in our stories and if we want long lasting change and transformation, we must be willing, ready and feel safe to transform our cognitive narratives through release of the body. I teach, support and encourage my clients to find access and make friends with their body, mind, heart and Soul to connect to what is real, authentic and important for them to heal.
