Welcome! I look forward to being with you on this journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, divorce, anger, self esteem, and relationship/family struggles. I utilize an integrative approach and use different strategies and techniques from various therapies. I value the therapeutic relationship and feel that building a trusting relationship is the most important part of the counseling process. I believe in the effectiveness of empowerment- that each client has the power within him/herself to work on and resolve their obstacles.
