Jacqueline is a licensed therapist who is passionate about providing a safe, judgement-free space. She approaches each therapeutic session with the belief that the relationship between a client and therapist should be one filled with trust, empathy and understanding. In her sessions she utilizes an integrative therapy method, tailoring many therapy techniques to best support each of her client's individual needs. She specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma and is equipped to help navigate through life transitions and relationships.
