I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, etc. I also worked in the addiction field and am a certified addiction professional (CAP). My ideal client is a person who has the willingness to feel better. I will help you feel safe to share honestly and openly what you are experiencing in real-time. You will eventually learn to take accountability for their happiness, have an open mind, and be prepared to collaborate and apply the strategies learned in the therapy sessions. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to be your honest selves. I provide a nurturing, positive experience while simultaneously collaborating with you to help you feel empowered. Depending on what is required on a case-to-case basis, I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, elements of DBT, positive psychology, & motivational interviewing.
