I am licensed in Michigan with 4 years of professional counseling work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My clients find me to be a very personable individual, who can really connect on a deep and empathetic level. I believe I have a way of defeating the stigma through simply making therapy a conversation. In reality, everyone could use counseling, and should probably have someone in their life who provides counsel. This life is far too challenging to try and face alone. I believe that we are given challenges in life in order to build resilience so that we can turn around and help the person behind us who is stepping into that challenge that we just faced and conquered. I may not have shared every similar experience that you have, but there's a good chance that I can relate on some level. I look forward to working with you!
