I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and master licensed alcohol and drug counselor with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor.
I’m a believer in a wholistic approach to overall health, and to do so by focusing on the areas of mental, physical and spiritual wellness. Therapy can be an effective way to address the struggles that you may be facing. It can also be a way to hone your focus on life goals.
Some of my specialties include the following: Mindfulness based coping skill development, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
