My process centers upon viewing the individual holistically; mind, body, and spirit and is enacted by not only using traditional talk therapy, which focuses on our life story and patterns of behavior, but by looking at the system in its entirety. Together I will integrate clinical training, life experience, and this holistic perspective so we can improve your functioning and navigate a solution to your problems.
