I am licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Colorado with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, postpartum depression, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I have worked with clients from 5-73 years of age that have dealt with stress, life changes, anxiety, depression, OCD, and behavioral issues that have impaired their lives and relationships.

My therapy style is to partner with you and meet you where you are at. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will adapt our work to meet your individual needs. I view myself as a problem solver here to work with you to solve what current problems are impacting your daily life. I believe you are an expert in your own life and have many strengths and experiences that can be utilized to help you on this journey. I am here to assist and support you along the way.
