I am a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts with over 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist & career coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood & personality disorders, relationship issues and career challenges.

My therapy style is warm and engaging. I believe in creating a safe space with respect, compassion and open dialogue as a means to building trust. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, humanistic, psychodynamic and client centered psychotherapy.

I especially like to offer my clients concrete tools that they can practice in our sessions together so they can feel confident utilizing them in their every day life.
