I have helped many people with emotional and behavioral problems. I specialize in relationship problems, but also work with depression, anxiety, bipolar, anger, sexual problems (including sex addiction), substance abuse, and family issues.
I prefer using a solution-oriented, cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling (relapse prevention with substance). In other words, working together, you and I will focus on what you need to do differently in order to bring about the changes you want.
I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served active duty during the Vietnam era. I have experience and training treating active duty, reserve, National Guard, and retired military personnel.
