My kind, empathetic and welcoming personality fosters a warm and safe environment for my patients. I strive to develop and maintain a positive therapeutic alliance with each of my patients, regardless of their cultural/religious/ethnic background. I am passionate about helping and healing those that come from broken and wounded pasts. I am also an ethical professional who wants to grow and is able to acknowledge my own shortcomings for the sake of being a better therapist who provides the best care to my patients. My experiences as a therapist includes treating different types of issues such as Depression, Anxiety/stress-related Psychosocial stressors (adults), Readjustment stressors for new moms-pre/post partum depression/anxiety,Trauma-Sexual/physical/emotional abuse,Eating Disorder, Marriage/couple issues-Communication, stress, past trauma impacting the relationship, Parenting stress and Cultural/family upbringing issues.
