I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist providing evidence-based practices. Living in California has many advantages and opportunities that motivate us to become the best, most successful version of ourselves. At times, occupational and social demands can bring overwhelming amounts of stress, pressure, and anxiety. I'm currently focusing my practice for families and couples as well as young professionals and athletes who have experienced trauma and/or high stress.Therapy gives us an opportunity to explore big decisions, gain insight into difficult situations, strengthen our ability to problem solve more confidently, and challenge our own capacities. Finding a balance between our professional and personal lives is something we strive to obtain and you don’t have to do this alone.
