Greetings, My name is Itoro Udoeyop. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I am a Licensed Therapist with a focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors. My approach My belief is that everyone is an expert in their life and my role is to support you in your journey of self-discovery, building better habits, and overcoming barriers using interventions such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. My focus I work with all age groups in individual, couples, and family therapy. My communication style I love to create an environment that supports comfort and is inviting. At times there will be humor, but overall working with me is easy and relaxed! My journey to therapy I’ve always loved working with people and have been in mentorship roles during my childhood and teenage years. receiving formal education and psychology during college was a natural fit, and I’ve been in the industry ever since I believe now is the time more than ever to focus on improving our mental wellness and health practices and leave to see that more people are adopting to mental health as a priority!
