As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with more than 11 years of experience, I utilize a variety of therapeutic strategies to assist my clients in reaching a state of self-awareness conducive to overcoming their personal challenges. By formulating treatment plans specifically intended to meet the individual needs of my clients, positive change can begin as hope is restored and nourished.

I encourage self-actualization as well as personal growth as coping skills are introduced and honed to diminish the effects of depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, abuse, grief, OCD, PTSD, relational problems, and many other concerns .
