I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with over 6 years of experience. My style drives from person-centered and motivational interviewing.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in setting collaborative goals with my clients while empowering them to see their potential and strength.
