Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician with over 20 years of counseling experience.  I work with a wide range of individuals experiencing such things as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance abuse and everyday life struggles. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is a specialized therapy used to treat trauma.  I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which teaches skills for dealing with overwhelming, intense emotions, developing interpersonal skills and mindfulness. I am passionate about serving a diverse population of clients including the LGBTQ community and underserved populations.
