Friend of families with addiction history, I have worked a decade with adult mental health and substance use populations at each level of care. What is your approach to therapy? I often use Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and CBT in my practice. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? What to expect?
