My practice is like talking into a mirror and prioritizes clients wanting to take an honest look at themselves, but still want someone to take their problems seriously, and at a collaborative pace. I help my clients gain awareness around emotional responsibility and maturity, acknowledging maladaptive patterns, and after all is said and done, take on the personal accountability for making their lives better.

With 5 years of professional work experience, trauma is my specialty, specifically dealing with emotional neglect; I thrive diving into relationship issues, understanding family cultures & dysfunction, and empowering clients to grow from their diagnoses, not be beholden to it. Psychoeducation, emotion recognition, relationship dynamics, and thought processes all play part in how I engage in sessions.
