About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Colorado with over 5 years of clinical experience. My specialty has been working with adults and older adults focusing on issues relating to life events, addictions, relationships and marital concerns, geriatrics, burnout and other related issues, and women’s needs.

I believe human connection is a basic need for all of us, which is why I pursued a career in healthcare. Most people would say I’m compassionate, open-minded, and easy to talk to. As your counselor, I am here to listen to you and guide you on a path to wholesomeness utilizing your self-conceived ideas and strengths.

My treatment focuses on the mind, body and soul. In order to assist in realigning your whole self, I will use mindfulness, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies. In our first session together we will get to know one another and set up a plan to move forward. Our sessions will almost always include homework assignments, which will all be personalized and geared toward your treatment goals.
