Hi! My name is Isabelle Dailey, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Louisiana. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
I have experience in helping people with a wide range of needs, including mental health disorders, grief or loss, chronic medical conditions, and substance abuse. I have had the opportunity to work with clients from all stages of life and have done so in a variety of settings, including individual therapy, group settings, and career counseling.

I know it can be hard to ask for help; opening up to a stranger can sometimes feel intimidating. I prioritize creating an environment of safety and comfort that is free of judgement in order to ease apprehension in starting and participating in the therapeutic process.
I use a client-centered approach and believe each client is an expert in their own lives. You will be listened to without judgement as I work to gain a comprehensive understanding of what brought you to seek help. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify goals to accomplish in therapy and assist them in recognizing and utilizing their unique strengths to promote their well-being.

In working with clients, I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with trauma-informed care always taken into consideration. Additionally, I have experience in teaching people how to use healthy coping skills relating to depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, self-esteem, stress management, communication difficulties and trauma. I am very passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges while also helping people develop skills to enhance their well-being.
