Hi,
My name is Isabelle Douyon, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, and family issues, with a primary focus on BIPOC young adults. I have 6 years of psychotherapy experience, and over 10 years of experience working in mental health settings.

My counseling style is empathetic, warm and interactive. I take on a person centered approach; and allow the client to take the lead while I assist them on their journey to healing, peace, and self discovery. I am solutions focused, and challenge my clients to explore their thought patterns and behaviors in order to uncover ways to tackle life's obstacles. However, I understand that everyone is different, so I tailor my approach to clients' individual needs.
